Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in the South Goa district. The Architect will be responsible for developing conceptual designs, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and producing 3 D visualizations and presentations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, managing project documentation,



and ensuring that designs comply with local regulations and building codes. The Architect will participate in site visits, oversee design implementation, and support project management activities such as timelines, budgets, and quality control. Collaboration within the studio, participation in design reviews, and continuous refinement of design solutions are integral to this role.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and detailed design solutions. Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools and workflows, including proficiency in CAD/BIM and visualization software. Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking deliverables across multiple stakeholders. Relevant degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or licensure is an advantage. Proficie
