Clarification if any Receive Design Inputs & clarification from Client Submit Drawings to the Client for approval Raise Indent & Float Enquiries to the Vendors Receive offers from the vendors & do the Technical evaluation Forward to Purchase department for commercial negotiations and Placing orders Co-ordinate with Purchase Team / Vendors for timely supply of material Do Follow-up with Panel Builders & if required do visits for timely delivery of Panel Visit to Panel builder on completion of Panel manufacturing for QC verification and prepare Internal Inspection Report Raise inspection call to Client & do FATTake dispatch clearance from Client/Consultants Prepare Packing List & take acknowledgement from the vendor & submit to Purchase Team and Instruct to prepare Invoice and make arrangement for dispatch.
