Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals for our English Voice Process in a reputed BPO company. The candidate will handle inbound or outbound calls and provide excellent customer service to clients based in domestic or international markets.

You must have strong English communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries with patience, and maintain professionalism on calls. Prior experience in a voice process is an added advantage, but freshers with positive communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone calls in English.

Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.

Record call details and maintain customer records.

Meet daily call targets and quality standards.

Escalate complex issues to team leads if needed.

Location: Chennai
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Salary: 12k to 25k per month
Shift: Day / Night / Rotational
