Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and fluent Tamil-speaking Voice Process Executive to join our BPO customer support team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, address queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for Tamil-speaking clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Tamil, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment. Prior experience in voice-based customer support will be an added advantage. Freshers with strong language proficiency are also welcome.
