Make inbound and outbound calls in Tamil. Handle customer inquiries and supply correct information. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively. Deliver customer satisfaction and high quality of service. Accurately update and document customer interactions. Cooperate with other staff to handle complicated situations. Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policy.
