Job Summary:

Responsible for accurate and timely posting of insurance and patient payments in the medical billing system, ensuring reconciliation and reporting as per client guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Post insurance and patient payments into billing software

Reconcile payments with EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)

Handle denials and short payments

Maintain payment records and reports

Work with the AR and coding team if needed

Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets





Skills Required:

Knowledge of US healthcare billing process

Strong understanding of EOBs and payment types

Attention to detail and data accuracy

Good typing and data entry speed

Familiar with medical billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks)

Basic Excel knowledge

Communication skills (written & verbal)
