Job Description:

We are hiring AR Callers to work in the US healthcare process. The role involves calling insurance companies to follow up on pending or denied medical claims and getting the claim status.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies (in the US)

Follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims

Understand insurance EOBs and denial codes

Take necessary actions to resolve claims

Update the system with accurate call details and claim status

Meet daily and monthly targets

Eligibility:

Any graduate

Good spoken English is a must

Willingness to work in night shifts

Fresher or experience in AR calling / medical billing preferred
