Job Description:

We are hiring experienced and enthusiastic AR Callers to join our Medical Billing team. The role involves working with the US healthcare system to follow up on insurance claims and ensure timely reimbursement.

As an AR Caller, your main responsibility is to call insurance companies to check the status of submitted medical claims, resolve issues, and collect pending payments. You will need to analyze claims, understand denials, and initiate appeals or corrections if required. Robust communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of the revenue cycle management (RCM) process are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:





Call insurance carriers to follow up on claims.

Handle denials, rejections, and underpayments.

Work on aging reports and take necessary action.

Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.

Meet daily and monthly productivity targets.

Requirements:

Any degree

Excellent verbal communication skills (English).

Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift).

Location: Chennai
Salary: 15k to ₹30k (based on experience)
Shift: Night shift (US process)
