Job Description – AR Caller (Medical Billing)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferred: B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, or related fields)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience and communication skills)

Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers with good English can apply)

Skills : Robust English communication (verbal), basic understanding of US healthcare terms, Good listening skills and ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve medical billing claims, Follow up on denied/rejected claims and update the system with call outcomes.

Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift
