This is a mass hiring drive, and both certified and non-certified Life Science graduates (BSc, Nursing, or related fields) are eligible to apply. The role involves accurately coding medical records as per HCC guidelines, reviewing patient documentation for compliance, identifying and correcting discrepancies, collaborating with the team for timely submissions, and maintaining confidentiality in line with compliance standards.
