We are looking for a motivated Banking Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services. The role involves reaching out to customers, explaining banking products, addressing queries, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving sales and service targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers to promote banking products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.

Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.

Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversions as assigned.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Follow up with potential customers to close leads.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance

Salary: Above 17k per month
