Hiring Business Development Executive in Chennai

Job Description :

We are hiring a Business Development Executive in Chennai for a full time, on-site role with a salary of ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and incentives). The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads via cold calling, email, networking, building and maintaining client relationships, pitching products/services, following up on leads, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development; however, freshers with strong communication skills can also apply. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, a sales-oriented mindset, basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), and the ability to handle client objections effectively.
