Job DescriptionJob Title:Analytics Specialist – Procurement & IT NnLocation: Bangalore, India NnJobType: Hybrid NnJobDescription NnThe Analytics Specialist – Procurement & IT will support the global Procurement and IT functions by developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for performance management and business decision-making. NnThe role will focus on transforming data from multiple sources into clear, interactive, and user-friendly dashboards, while applying strong data visualization, storytelling, and UI/UX principles. NnKeyResponsibilities: Nnn Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. N Use DAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric to build advanced analytics solutions. N Extract and transform data from Excel, flat files, databases, and other sources. N Use SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and transformation. N Apply data visualization and UI/UX best practices to create intuitive dashboards. N Develop effective data storytelling to communicate insights to business stakeholders. N Understand Procurement and IT business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.



N Collaborate with globalProcurement, IT, and Analytics teams. N Identify opportunities for reporting automation, standardization, and process improvement. N Present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. NnnRequired Skills Nn Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modelling. N Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and Python. N Robust data visualization and dashboard design skills. N Understanding of UI/UX and data storytelling. N Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. N Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams. NnnEducation Nn Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. NnnExperience Nn Minimum 6 years of professional experience. N 5+ years of experience in Power BI, data visualization, and data modelling. N Experience with Microsoft Fabric. N 2+ years of experience with Python and SQL. N Experience in Procurement and/or IT analytics is preferred. Nn
