Work Model: Work from Client Office – Onsite NnWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions. N? Key Responsibilities NDesign, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, SPM, Project Management, and Workflow Automation. NBuild custom applications, integrations, and automation workflows using ServiceNow App Engine. NDevelop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data imports with enterprise applications. NGather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices. NManage platform upgrades,patches, enhancements, and releases with minimal business disruption. NMaintain CMDB data quality, integrity, and governance. NOptimize platform performance, perform root-cause analysis, and proactively resolve technical issues. NImplement RBAC, ACLs, security rules, and governance frameworks. NEnsure compliance with ITSM processes and organizational standards for Incident, Problem, and Change Management. NPrepare and maintain technical documentation,



including design specifications, test plans, configuration documents, and release notes. NSupport user training, rollout activities, and post-implementation validation. NCollaborate with vendors,ServiceNow support teams, and implementation partners as required. NStay current with ServiceNow releases and emerging capabilities, recommending relevant platform enhancements and upgrades. N? Application Security NEnsure all customizationsand development follow ServiceNow secure coding practices and global application security standards. NMonitor platform securityand participate in vulnerability assessments, remediation, patching, and mitigation activities. NMaintain repositories anddocumentation for configurations, integrations, custom development, and security controls. N? Ideal CandidatenStrong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, and administration. NGood understanding of ServiceNow architecture, App Engine, ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, workflows, APIs, ACLs, and security. NStrong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills. NAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
