Job DescriptionSAP IBP / SAP ePPDS Consultant – AMS NExperience: 7+ Years NRole: SAP IBP / SAP ePPDS Consultant NLocation: Bangalore / PAN India NEmployment Type: Full-time NJob SummarynWe are looking for an experienced SAP IBP / SAP ePPDS Consultant to provide L2/L3 Application Management Services (AMS) support for SAP S/4HANA production planning and supply chain solutions. The consultant will be responsible for incident resolution, configuration, root cause analysis, enhancements, integration support, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA Embedded ePPDS. N Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, defects, and production issues within agreed SLAs. N Perform RCA and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues. N Configure and support SAP ePPDS functionalities including: N Planning Procedures N Heuristicsn Optimizer N Product Viewn DS Planning Board N Capacity Planningn Scheduling Profiles N Support SAP IBP functionalities related to: N Demand Planningn Supply Planning N Response & Supplyn Inventory Planning N S&OP;n Key Figures and Planning Areas N Support master data including PDS, Resources, Work Centers, Production Versions, Location/Product Master and Supply Chain Master Data. N Work on change requests, enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities. N Support integration between SAP IBP, ePPDS, SAP PP, MM, SD, QM and other SAP systems. N Coordinate with business users, ABAP, Basis, integration, and functional teams for issue resolution.



N Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation where required. N Support UAT, regressiontesting, hypercare, release and transport activities. N Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. NnRequired TechnicalSkills Nn Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP and/or SAP S/4HANA Embedded ePPDS. N Strong understanding ofProduction Planning, Detailed Scheduling and Supply Chain Planning. N Hands-on experience in ePPDS: N Heuristicsn Optimizer N Product Viewn Planning Board N Capacity Planningn Alerts & Exception Management N Strong knowledge of SAPIBP: N Demand Planningn Supply Planning N Response & Supplyn Key Figures N Planning Areasn Planning Operators N Integrationn Experience with PDS, master data, planning strategies and resource scheduling. N Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to ePPDS/IBP. N Experience with integration between SAP IBP and S/4HANA/ePPDS. N Familiarity with CIF concepts where applicable. N Good understanding of ITIL-based AMS processes: Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management. NnPreferred Skills Nn Experience in SAP IBP + ePPDS integration. N SAP S/4HANA implementation or AMS experience. N Exposure to SAP IBP integration with SAP PP/MM/SD/QM. N Experience in global AMS/support projects. N Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. N Solid understanding ofmanufacturing and supply chain business processes. N Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills. NnMandatory Skills NSAP IBP / SAP ePPDS, S/4HANA, Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Heuristics, Optimizer, Planning Board and AMS/L2-L3 Support.
