- Resolve technical issues for customers on SAP Learning, Training Shop & Certification Hub N
- Communicate professionally with global customers via ticketing systems N
- Handle and manage customer escalations effectively N
- Collaborate with internal global teams to deliver high-quality support N
- Take ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution N
- Perform root cause analysis for reported incidents N
- Generate and deliver reports on learning usage and customer requests N
- Provide feedback to product/technical teams for continuous improvements N
- Ensure GDPR compliance across processes N

- 2–4 years of experiencein BPO/Call Centre (international voice/blended process) N
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field (BCA / B.Tech / B.E.) N
- Solid experience in customer handling & escalation management N
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills N
