Job DescriptionAssistant Manager – People Analytics | Power BI Developer NLevel: Sr Exec/Assistant Manager NContract: 6months NRole Overview NWe are looking for a hands-on Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to build People Analytics dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources and generate actionable insights. NThis is a technical individual contributor role with a solid focus on Power BI, data modelling, visualization and analytics. NKey Responsibilities NDevelop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for HR and business stakeholders. NConsolidate data from multiple sources and build a common, reliable data model. NUse Power Query /M, DAX and data modelling to transform data and develop analytics. NCreate visually compelling dashboards with effective charts, drill-downs, filters and dynamic views. NAutomate recurring MIS and reporting, reducing manual Excel-based reporting. NPerform data validation, reconciliation and quality checks. NAnalyze workforce data toidentify trends, patterns, outliers and key drivers. NGenerate insights across headcount, attrition, hiring, workforce movement, compensation and other people metrics.



NTranslate analytical findings into simple, actionable insights. NTechnical Skills N Must Have NStrong hands-on Power BI experience NDAX and Power Query / M NData modelling and data transformation NStrong Excel and data analytics skills NExcellent data visualization skills NExperience working with multiple data sources NGood to Have NSQL/TableaunPowerBI Service / scheduled refreshes NWorkday / SuccessFactors or other HR systems NPython or other analyticstools NExperience N 2–5 years in Power BI, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or People Analytics. NHR experience is not mandatory.
