Nn Plan and prioritize work across different phases of the Workday implementation, upgrade, and support lifecycle. N Lead or manage Workday implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support engagements. N Gather business requirements, perform functional analysis, and translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions. N Configure and support end-to-end Workday business processes based on the relevant functional module. N Support integrations, data conversion, reporting, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization. N Work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. N Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively and ensure timely resolution. N Own functional solutioning and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members. NnnModule-Specific Responsibilities: N1. Workday Financen N Configure and support Workday Financial Management processes. N Experience across areassuch as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Expenses, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, and Financial Accounting. N Gather requirements anddesign solutions for financial business processes. N Configure business processes, security, accounting structures, worktags, ledgers, journals, and financial reporting. N Support financial data conversion, reconciliation, testing, and month-end/year-end processes. N Work with integrations and third-party financial systems. N Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production issues. Nn2. Workday US Payroll Nn Configure and support end-to-end Workday US Payroll processes including earnings, deductions, taxes, payroll calculations, pay groups, and calendars. N Strong understanding ofUS federal, state, and local taxation, garnishments, W-2,



benefits deductions, and payroll compliance. N Manage payroll data transformation, reconciliation, and EIB/inbound-outbound integrations. N Support parallel payroll runs, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization. N Coordinate with HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, and other upstream/downstream modules. N Support payroll integrations with tax, benefits, and other third-party vendors. Nn3. Workday Absence& Time Tracking Nn Configure and support Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking processes. N Configure absence types, eligibility rules, accruals, time-off plans, validations, calendars, and related business processes. N Configure time tracking, time entry, time calculations, time-off, overtime, and time validation rules. N Integrate Time Trackingand Absence with Payroll, Benefits, HCM, and other Workday modules. N Support testing, UAT, data conversion, go-live, and production support. N Troubleshoot time and absence-related issues and provide functional solutions. Nn4. Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics Nn Develop and support Workday reports including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Custom Reports. N Strong understanding ofcalculated fields, report data sources, prompts, filters, and report security. N Build dashboards and analytics based on business requirements. N Support reporting requirements across HCM, Finance, Payroll, Time, Absence, and other Workday modules. N Experience with WorkdayPrism Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, blending, and analytical reporting. N Support Prism data sources, datasets, calculated fields, data preparation, and validation. N Work with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics requirements into Workday solutions. N Troubleshoot reporting and Prism-related issues and support Workday releases.



NnnRequired Skills & Experience Nn Strong functionalexpertise in at least one of the following Workday modules: Finance, US Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking, or Reporting & Prism. N Hands-on experience in Workday configuration, business processes, troubleshooting, testing, and production support. N Experience in Workday implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or AMS/support projects. N Strong understanding ofWorkday business processes, security, data model/object model, and functional configuration. N Experience with Workdayintegrations, EIBs, data conversion, and reporting is preferred. N Minimum 5+ years of overall experience, with relevant Workday experience aligned to the module. N Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. N Excellent communicationskills with the ability to work directly with global clients. N Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. N Flexibility to work across global time zones and rotational shifts. NnnEducation Nn B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. or equivalent.
