Job DescriptionWalkin Drive Scheduled on 8th August, @ Gurgaon - Candor IT Park, Sector 47, Tower 5, Ground Floor, Time: 9.00 AM - 1.00 PM, Notice Period: 0 - 30 Days, Work location: Gurgaon / Hyderabad NnJoin a dynamic Network Operations Center team responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of telecom and service delivery platforms. As a NOC Engineer, you will play a critical role in real-time network monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain SLA commitments and operational excellence. NnYour Role NnAs a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring network and service platforms, managing incidents, performing initial fault isolation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service-impacting issues. NnIn this role, you will: Nnn Monitor network, service, and application platforms using enterprise monitoring tools to ensure service availability and operational continuity. N Detect, acknowledge, and correlate alarms and events, performing initial triage, impact assessment, and fault isolation. N Manage incidents in a 24x7 operational environment, ensuring timely response and resolution in line with defined SLAs. N Create, update, and maintain incident tickets with accurate severity classification, timelines, and detailed documentation. N Troubleshoot network and service issues across routing, switching, access, and application layers. N Coordinate and manage critical incidents (P1/P2), facilitating bridge calls and providing regular stakeholder communications. N Escalate incidents to internal support teams, vendors, and leadership to drive timely resolution and service restoration.



N Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize customer impact and improve service reliability. N Maintain operational records, incident timelines, and status updates for effective reporting and governance. N Ensure adherence to operational procedures, incident management processes, and industry best practices. N Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing network stability, operational efficiency, and customer experience. N Work from the Gurgaon office in a rotational 24x7 shift model, following a Work From Office schedule of 5 days per week. NnnYour Profile NnMandatory Skills: Nnn 3–8years of experience in Telecom, ISP, or Network Operations Center (NOC) environments. N Strong understanding ofIP Networking, Routing, and Switching concepts. N Hands-on experience with network monitoring, event management, and ticketing tools. N Good troubleshooting and analytical skills across network and service environments. N Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. N Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. N Experience working in a24x7 operational environment. NnnPreferred Skills: Nnn Experience handling international customers and global operations. N Knowledge of DOCSIS, HFC, CMTS, and broadband technologies. N Exposure to core, access, security, and load-balancing platforms. N Understanding of Voice,Video, Wi-Fi, and Mobile technologies.



N Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management best practices. N CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
