Nn Current Workday Integration Core and Studio certification N 5+ years of integrations experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements N Integration and people leadership roles within the technical workstreams of 3 or more HCM or Financials implementations for at least two phases N Deep knowledge of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect N Excellent communicationskills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration N Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and project management N Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions N Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task N Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration N Desire and willingness to learn recent tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies Nn
