NnAbout Position: NWe are seeking Visualizer - Graphic Design & Video Editing to create and oversee engaging visual solutions for digital media. This role demands a blend of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to execute and manage diverse marketing projects such as project collateral, social media content, websites, product packaging, and more. NnKeyResponsibilities: Nnn Create visually appealing static and video visuals for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and aesthetic visuals for print media (brochures, packaging, marketing collateral). N Develop concept videos,stop-motion animations,



and promotional content using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. N Use appropriate typography, colors, and layouts to enhance user engagement and brand recognition. N Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content as required. NnnRequirements: Nn Bachelor's degreeor diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. N 1-5 years of experiencein graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment. Prior Real Estate experience is preferred. N Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma. N A robust creative portfolio showcasing previous work. N Understanding of designprinciples, typography, and color theory. N
