Job DescriptionETL Developer NnC&F; is looking for a passionate ETL Developer for our Snowflake implementation project, with experience using dbt (Data Build Tool), Snowflake and Python. In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust ETL/ELT solutions to extract, transform and load data from various source systems into a Snowflake data warehouse. NResponsibilities: Nn Collaborate with Business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions N Design, develop, document, test, optimize and troubleshoot ETL/ELT solutions using Python and DBT N Enhance existing code by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas of modification and improvement N Identify and proactively resolve issues that could impact system performance, reliability, and usability N Develop and maintain ETL documentation, including technical specifications, data mappings,



and data lineage N Perform data profiling and data quality analysis to ensure that ETL processes are accurate and reliable N Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues and errors N Develop and maintain data integration and data transformation best practices and standards N Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ETL technologies and tools NnRequirements: Nn 3+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration solutions using dbt, SSIS or any other ETL/ELT tool N 3+ years of database development experience using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or any other RDBMS N 2+ years of Python experience N Robust knowledge of SQL/T-SQL/PL-SQL, Query Optimization, and data management skills N Experience with code versioning tools such as Git or stash N Experience in Data warehouse development; Logical and Physical Database design & development N Experience with BI tools such as SSRS/SSAS or Tableau would be a plus N Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills N Ability to think outside of the box and propose innovative solutions N Experience with any cloud data warehouse would be plus N Experience with Snowflake data warehouse would be a big plus N Experience with dbt would be a big plus N Experience working in an agile environment would be a plus N Work experience relatedto the Insurance vertical would be a plus N Excellent written and oral communication skills Nn
