Job DescriptionRole Overview: NnAs a Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and Ndelivering high-quality crossplatform mobile applications. You will lead a team of Flutter Ndevelopers, collaborate closely with backend engineers and UI/UX designers, and ensure Nthe delivery of scalable,maintainable, and performance-driven mobile solutions. Your Nrole will involve settingcoding standards, conducting code reviews, and driving Ninnovation through the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies. NnWhat You’ll Do Nn
- Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and development of high-performance Flutter Napplications.n
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define technical Nrequirements and translate them into robust mobile solutions. N
- Establish and enforce best practices for coding, architecture, and testing within the Nmobile development team. N
- Conduct detailed code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and guide junior Ndevelopers.n
- Ownthe delivery, performance optimization, and deployment of Flutter applications. N
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, libraries, and technologies to Nimprove development efficiency and product quality. N
- Ensure adherence to design specifications and maintain consistency across all Ndevelopment stages.n




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to architectural discussions Nand decisions.n NWhat We’re Looking For Nn
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent Nexperience.n
- 8+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on Nexperience in Flutter andDart. N
- Led a team of Flutter developers; delivered Flutter projects end-to-end from scratch Nwith strong cross-functional collaboration. N
- Strong understanding ofstate management (Provider, Riverpod, BloC/Cubit, etc.) and Nmodern design patterns. N
- Proven experience in application architecture design, performance tuning, and Nmodular app structures. N
- Solid experience in automated testing, CI/CD integration, and mobile app deployment. N
- Solid knowledge of native mobile development (Android/iOS) and database Ntechnologies like SQLite or NoSQL. NnPreferred Skills Nn
- Proficient in Dart and the Flutter framework; familiarity with Kotlin, Swift, and Java is a Nplus.n
- Experience integrating mobile CI/CD pipelines using tools like Fastlane. N
- Expertise in writing Bloc/widget/integration tests and setting up test frameworks. N
- Hands-on experience with Git, SVN, or other version control tools. N
- Strong understanding ofMaterial Design principles and UI/UX best practices. N
- Experience leading teams in an Agile development environment. N
- Strong problem-solving,analytical, and decision-making skills.
