You'll be part of a lean, quick-moving team, responsible for building and Nmaintaining the APIs and backend services that power our platform. - Develop and maintain highly scalable backend systems and APIs N
- Work with MongoDB and other data stores (NoSQL/SQL) N
- Design, deploy, and operate services on cloud infrastructure N
- Optimize performance and reliability at scale N
- Contribute to code reviews and system architecture decisions N




- Collaborate with the tech team in short feedback loops to ship, learn, and iterate quickly. NnWhat We're Looking For N
- Experience: 3+ years of backend development experience N
- Languages: Proficiency in Python (preferably Django or Flask) N
- Databases: Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar databases N
- Cloud: Experience building and deploying on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) N
- Architecture: Solid understanding of API design and backend architecture principles N
- Code Quality: Obsession with clean, maintainable code and modular design N
- Mindset: A “tech purist” approach you enjoy building things the right way, not just the Nfastest wayn
- Bonus: Exposure to early-stage startups, open-source contributions, or serious side projects N
