Job DescriptionJob Description: N nCadmatic Administrator & Consultant (Technical and Functional Support) N nPosition Overview: N nWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Cadmatic Administrator & Consultant to manage and support Cadmatic software solutions, ensuring smooth operations, effective utilization, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will provide both technical and functional support, playing a critical role in the deployment, customization, integration, and optimization of Cadmatic products. NnKeyResponsibilities: N nTechnical Support: N nn Software Installation and Maintenance: N Install, configure, andupgrade Cadmatic software and related modules. N Ensure compatibility and smooth integration with existing IT infrastructure. N Monitor and maintain software performance, addressing technical issues proactively. Nn nSystem Administration: Nn Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system settings. N Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery planning. N Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and configurations. NnnTroubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Nn Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to resolve software-related issues. N Collaborate with vendorsupport teams for escalated cases.



N Analyze system logs anddiagnostics to prevent and address recurring issues. NnnIntegration and Customization: Nn Develop and implement integrations between Cadmatic and other enterprise systems (e.G., ERP, PLM). N Customize Cadmatic workflows, templates, and tools to meet project-specific needs. NnnPerformance Optimization: Nn Conduct regular system audits and optimize software performance. N Implement updates, patches, and improvements as needed. Nnn nFunctional Support: N nn Business Analysis and Consulting: Nnn Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and map them to Cadmatic functionalities. N Recommend best practices and solutions to maximize the software's utility and ROI. Nnn Training and Knowledge Sharing: Nnn Conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and proficiency. N Develop and update usermanuals, FAQs, and training materials. Nnn Project Support: Nnn Assist project teams in using Cadmatic effectively for design, modeling, and documentation. N Ensure adherence to industry standards and organizational guidelines in Cadmatic outputs. Nnn Stakeholder Coordination: Nnn Act as theprimary liaison between technical teams, functional teams, and external vendors. N Facilitate communication to align system capabilities with business goals. N
