Job DescriptionJob Description – Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer Saviynt NRole Overview NThe Senior IAM Engineer /Architect is responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and operational management of Kaplan’s Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, with a primary focus on Saviynt. NThis is a senior technical role requiring extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise scale IAM solutions across complex hybrid environments. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for IAM strategy, architecture, application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and integration initiatives across cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and business-critical platforms. NThe role will work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM services are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. NnKeyResponsibilities NIAM design and Strategy Nn Lead the design, and implementation of enterprise IAM and IGA solutions using Saviynt. N Develop and maintain IAM roadmaps aligned with security, compliance, and business requirements. N Provide technical leadership and governance across identity and access management initiatives. N Act as the primary technical authority for Saviynt and identity governance solutions. NnSaviynt Implementation Nn Plan, lead, and execute application onboarding activities across complex enterprise environments. N Design scalable integration solutions between Saviynt and enterprise applications. N Lead integration designand implementation for: N Salesforcen Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)



N Microsoft 365n Active Directory N LDAPn HR platforms N Monday.Comn Asana N Workdayn Database platforms N AWS and cloud-native services N Other leading SaaS providers N Develop onboarding frameworks and reusable integration patterns. N Resolve complex integration and provisioning challenges. N Lead technical workshops and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders. NnOperational Ownership Nn Oversee the operational performance and stability of the Saviynt platform. N Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex IAM incidents and integration issues. N Perform version upgrades of Saviynt platform including associated regression testing and change management. N Ensure operational support processes are documented and effective. N Drive continuous improvement of IAM services and automation capabilities. N Follow standards for code migration, deployment, source control, and environment management. N Manage routine certification campaigns NnSecurity, Risk and Compliance Nn Ensure IAM solutions align with ISO 27001, SOX, privacy, and regulatory requirements. N Support audit activities and remediation programs. N Lead access governance initiatives and certification programs. N Ensure least-privilege principles are implemented consistently. N Support privileged access management and identity security initiatives. NnDocumentation and Governance Nn Develop and maintain design documents, standards, operating procedures, and integration guides. N Maintain implementationdocumentation and support knowledge transfer activities. N Establish governance processes for application onboarding and access management.



NnnSkills and Experience NEssential Nn 8 -10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management. N Minimum 5 years of hands-on Saviynt implementation and architecture experience. N Demonstrated experiencearchitecting and delivering enterprise-scale IAM programs. N Extensive experience onboarding applications into Saviynt in complex enterprise environments. N Robust experience with: N Salesforce integration and access governance N Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) N Microsoft 365n Active Directory N LDAPn Workday N Monday.Comn Asana N AWSn SaaS application integrations N Strong understanding of: N RBACn ABAC N Access governancen Identity lifecycle management N Segregation of Duties N Federationn SAML N OAuthn OpenIDConnect N SCIMn Experience with REST APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
