Job DescriptionJob Description NnWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide a team of Data Engineers building and maintaining data pipelines on DBT Core and Amazon Redshift, with Airflow orchestration as a plus. This role sits between individual contributors and Solution Managers, responsible for technical direction, code quality, and hands-on problem-solving across the data engineering pod. The Technical Lead will need solid SQL and data modeling depth to guide design decisions, review work, and unblock the team — while also being comfortable engaging with business stakeholders given the visibility of this work NnRoles & Responsibilities NnRoles and Responsibilities Nn Provide technicaldirection and hands-on guidance to a team of Data Engineers working on DBT models and Redshift pipelines N Review DBT model design, SQL logic, and data transformations for correctness, performance, and maintainability N Own data modeling decisions — dimensional modeling,



schema design, and layering (staging/intermediate/marts) N Troubleshoot complex pipeline, query performance, and data quality issues escalated by the team N Coordinate with Solution Managers on delivery planning, task breakdown, and technical risk visibility N Guide adoption of Airflow orchestration practices where applicable N Mentor Data Engineers on SQL, data modeling, and DBT best practices N Represent the technicalteam in front of business stakeholders and partners as needed N Ensure consistency and standards across the data engineering pod's deliverables NnnMandatory Skills NData Build Tool (Dbt), Snowflake / Redshift, Lead Data Engineer, AWS, Advanced SQL Queries, ETL, Data Modeling, Dimensional Modeling, Python NnDesirable Skills NAirflow, AWS Glue, Astronomer cosmos
