Job DescriptionJob Summary NWe are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Service Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementation, enhancements, configuration, and production support for CRM Service processes. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Configure and support SAP CRM Service processes. N Work on service requests, service orders, service confirmations, and service contracts. N Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions. N Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects. N Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers. N Perform SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities. N Integrate SAP CRM with ECC/S4 and other SAP modules. NnRequired Skills Nn 7+ years of SAP CRM Service experience. N Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation. N Hands-on experience in enhancement and support projects. N Solid configuration knowledge in SAP CRM Service. N Experience in functional documentation and testing. N Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Nn
