Job Description NSAP IBP – S&OP; Consultant NnJob Summary- NWe are looking for an experienced SAP IBP – S&OP; Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) and hands-on experience across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Supply & Response. NThe ideal candidate will have strong SAP IBP configuration and solution design experience, with the ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective S&OP; solutions. NnKeyResponsibilities Nn Lead and deliver SAP IBP S&OP; solutions with a strong focus on Sales & Operations Planning processes. N Configure and design SAP IBP solutions across S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Supply & Response. N Drive end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. N Work closely with business and process architects to translate S&OP; business requirements into scalable technical solutions. N Configure and optimize IBP functionalities including allocation, availability, planning levels, key figures, and multilevel planning. N Develop and optimize demand forecasting models, statistical forecast algorithms, product lifecycle management, and forecast automation. N Ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP with SAP APO, ECC, and HANA. N Participate in client-facing discussions, workshops, solution demonstrations, and requirement analysis. N Provide technical and functional leadership across SAP IBP implementation projects. N Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, system performance, and overall S&OP; effectiveness.



Nnn NRequired Skills &Experience; Nn Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP with a primary focus on S&OP.; N Strong expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes. N Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Supply & Response. N Minimum 2–5 years of relevant SAP IBP experience. N At least 1 yearof hands-on SAP IBP experience with strong knowledge of one or more IBP modules, preferably IBP for S&OP; or IBP for Demand. N Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects, preferably in a lead/client-facing role. N Strong configuration, solution design, and integration skills. N Good knowledge of SAP APO, ECC, and HANA integration. N Experience with allocation, availability, multilevel planning, and planning models. N Knowledge of statistical forecasting, forecast automation, and product lifecycle management. N Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. N Ability to work effectively in agile project environments. NnnPreferred Nn Experience leading SAP IBP S&OP; implementation projects. N Experience working directly with business stakeholders and process architects. N Strong understanding ofIntegrated Business Planning (IBP) and digital supply chain processes. N Ability to independently drive solution design and provide technical leadership.
