The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting large-scale virtualized infrastructure environments while ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments. N Administer and optimizeVMware clusters, resource pools, HA, DRS, and vMotion. N Manage enterprise storage solutions including SAN, NAS, and VMware vSAN. N Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization. N Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. N Troubleshoot complex virtualization, storage, and infrastructure issues.



N Upgrade and patch VMware infrastructure components. N Collaborate with application, network, cloud, and security teams. N Develop automation scripts using PowerCLI and PowerShell. N Ensure compliance with security, operational, and governance standards. N Provide L3/L4 support and technical guidance to operations teams.
