Job DescriptionJob Summary: NWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to support our finance transformation initiatives, with a focus on financial consolidation processes. This role will contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of system-based solutions using Oracle FCCS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in consolidation and reporting, along with a robust understanding of accounting principles and a keen interest in finance systems and automation. NnJobLocations: Gurgaon, Noida, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad NnKeyResponsibilities: Nnn Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.G., Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP). N Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of results for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. N Perform intercompany eliminations, equity accounting, and minority interest calculations. N Manage foreign currencytranslation adjustments for entities operating in multiple jurisdictions. N Coordinate with regional finance teams and controllers to gather and validate financial data. N Analyze consolidated financial data and prepare variance analysis against budget and prior periods. N Maintain group chart ofaccounts and ensure consistency in financial data across subsidiaries.



N Support audit requirements by providing necessary schedules and documentation. N Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives related to consolidation and reporting. N Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. NnnQualifications: Nnn Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. N Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred. N Strong experience in end to end Oracle FCCS implementations. N 5 to 8 years of experience in financial consolidation and corporate accounting. N Strong understanding ofaccounting principles and consolidation methodologies. N Hands-on experience with multi-entity environments and group reporting. N Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and working knowledge of reporting tools. N Srong communication andcollaboration skills, with attention to detail. NnnPreferred Skills: Nnn Prior involvement in finance transformation projects. N Experience of implementing end to end Oracle FCCS implementations. N Exposure to project environments with agile or waterfall methodologies. N Experience in large corporate or multinational environments. N Passion for automation,process improvement, and modern finance practices. N Oracle FCCS certification is a strongly preferred. N
