NnSONiC SAI Test Engineer NResponsibilitiesn N Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automation suites for SONiC and SAI validation. N Perform feature validation and regression testing for networking protocols and switching/routing functionalities. N Develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for network testing. N Validate networking features including TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, LAG, QoS, and ACLs across SONiC-based platforms. N Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for defect resolution. N Work closely with platform, ASIC, and software engineering teams to ensure product quality and interoperability. N Support CI/CD-based test execution and continuous quality improvements. N Prepare test reports, defect summaries, and quality metrics for release sign-off. NnMust Have Skills Nn 4 to 8 years of experience in Networking Testing with strong Switching and Routing fundamentals. N Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in SONiC and SAI (Switch Abstraction Interface) Testing. N Strong proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting. N Hands-on experience validating networking protocols such as TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, LAG, QoS,



and ACLs. N Experience working withLinux-based networking systems and troubleshooting tools. N Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. N Good understanding of network architecture, packet flow analysis, and protocol validation. NnGood to Have Skills Nn Experience with SAI validation for ASIC vendors. N Exposure to gRPC, REST APIs, and network test automation frameworks. N Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker. N Experience working withOpen Networking ecosystems and white-box networking solutions. N Familiarity with packetcapture and analysis tools such as Wireshark. NnLocationnBangalore NExperience Range:- 4 to 8 Years NQualifications Nn Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field. N Solid understanding ofnetworking concepts and software test methodologies. NnCertificationsnNot Mandatory, but networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Linux certifications will be an added advantage. NEligibility Nn 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in networking test engineering. N At least 1 year of hands-on SONiC and SAI testing experience. N Strong Python automation experience is mandatory.
