Job DescriptionJob Description: Saviynt Consultant / Saviynt Engineer – Identity NGovernance Administration (IGA) NnRole Summary NThe Saviynt Consultant isresponsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and Nsupporting Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across enterprise Nenvironments. The role works closely with security, risk, compliance, and application teams Nto ensure effective identity lifecycle management, access governance, and regulatory Ncompliance.nKey Responsibilities NSaviynt Implementation & Configuration: N
- Design, configure, and implement Saviynt IGA modules including user lifecycle Nmanagement, access requests, certifications, and workflows. N
- Configure roles, entitlements, approval workflows, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) Npolicies aligned to business requirements. N
- Lead application onboarding and integrations using Saviynt connectors (AD, Azure AD / NEntra ID, JDBC, REST, SAP, cloud apps). NIdentity Lifecycle & Access Governance: N
- Manage Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes and automated provisioning/de- Nprovisioning.n
- Support periodic access reviews and certification campaigns for SOX, SOC, PCI, and Ninternal audits.n
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and audit evidence within Saviynt. NOperations & Support: N
- Provide L2/L3 support for Saviynt-related issues including connector failures and Nworkflow errors.n
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements. N




- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures. NStakeholder Collaboration: N
- Work closely with IAM, GRC, SOC, application, and audit teams. N
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and client workshops. Nn
- Provide technical support for pre-sales, PoCs, and solution walkthroughs (where Napplicable).n NRequired Skills &Qualifications; NTechnical Skills: N
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform. N
- Strong understanding ofIAM/IGA concepts including identity lifecycle, RBAC, access Ncertifications, and SoD. N
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, REST/SOAP. N
- Working knowledge of SQL, XML/JSON, and workflow configurations. NFunctional & Compliance Knowledge: N
- Familiarity with SOX, SOC, PCI DSS, and audit-driven access controls. N
- Exposure to ITSM processes and enterprise IAM operating models. NSoft Skills: N
- Solid written and verbal communication skills. N
- Ability to work with global stakeholders. N
- Strong documentation and attention to detail. NEducation & Certifications N
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. N
- Saviynt, IAM, or security certifications preferred. NNice to Have N
- Experience with PAM integrations and Zero Trust concepts. N
- Experience in consulting or Big-4 environments. N
- Exposure to global / multi-region IAM programs.
