The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand workflows, configure ERP modules, and ensure smooth system deployment and adoption across the organization.This role is ideal for someone who combinestechnical understanding of ERP systems with strong process orientation and problem-solving skills .Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand organizational processes and map them to ERP workflows and system requirements.Assist inERP development, configuration,



and customizationbased on business needs.Performsystem testing, debugging, and validationto ensure reliability and accuracy.SupportERP implementation and deployment activitiesacross departments.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely resolutions.Maintain documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and updates.Support user training and adoption during ERP rollouts.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors where required.Required Skills & CompetenciesEducation: B.Tech (Computer/Electronic/Mechanical)Basic understanding ofERP systems and business process workflowsKnowledge of theERP implementation lifecycleFamiliarity withsoftware testing and system validationStronganalytical and problem-solving skillsGoodcommunication and stakeholder-coordination abilitiesAbility to work in afast-paced, cross-functional environmentAttention to detail and process disciplineExperience: 3-5 yearsPreferred (good to have)Experience working with ERP platforms such asSAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar systemsBasic understanding ofdatabases, SQL, or system configurationExperience supportingERP implementation projects
