Job DescriptionAbout the Job NnWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analog Design Leader to lead and drive the development of cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal circuits for Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) IPs (OTPs, MTP, Fuse and EEPROMs) and power management IPs. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in analog design, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of NVM technologies. As a leader, you will guide a team of engineers to deliver innovative designs that meet performance, power, and reliability goals. NnKeyResponsibilities: Nn1. Technical Leadership: Nnn Oversee the design, development, and verification of analog and mixed-signal circuits for NVM applications, including charge pumps, voltage regulators, sense amplifiers, and memory interfaces. N Define and review circuit architectures to optimize performance, power, and area (PPA). N Drive innovation in circuit design to address industry challenges in scaling, performance, and reliability for NVM. Nnn2. Team Management: Nnn Build, mentor, and manage a team of analog design engineers, fostering technical growth and career development. N Provide technical guidance and direction to team members, ensuring timely project execution. N Collaborate with world-wide cross-functional teams, including process, test engineering and product teams. Nnn3. Project Management: Nnn Plan and manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestones for analog design projects. N Ensure designs meet technical specifications, project timelines, and quality standards. N Identify and mitigate design risks, ensuring robust circuit performance under process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variations. Nnn4. Collaboration and Communication:
Nnn Work closely with NVM bit-cell architecture and product teams to align circuit design with system-level requirements. N Interface with Process teams (Process Integration Engineers) to optimize technology for NVM applications. N Present project updates, technical reviews, and status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Nnn5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Nnn Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in NVM and analog design. N Drive continuous improvement in design methodologies, tools, and workflows. NnnRequired Qualifications: NnEducation: Nn Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field. NnExperience: Nn 15+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design, with a focus on NVM. N 3+ years in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of delivering complex designs. NnnTechnical Skills: Nnn Deep understanding of NVM operation, including programming, reading, and reliability considerations. N Expertise in designing analog/mixed-signal circuits such as charge pumps, oscillators, ADCs/DACs, precision voltage references, current references and LDOs. N Proficient in simulation tools (e.G., Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE) and modeling tools (e.G., MATLAB, Verilog-A). N Familiarity with process technology and layout considerations for advanced nodes (28nm) and BCD nodes. NnnLeadership Skills: Nnn Strong project management and problem-solving skills. N Ability to mentor and lead a team of engineers. N Excellent interpersonaland communication skills. NnnDesirable Qualities: Nnn Experience in silicon bring-up, debug, and characterization.
