NnnThe Role NnBase Location – Pune NEmployment Type –Full Time NnIn this role, you will work as an Ariba Technical Consultant focuses on the back-end system architecture, specializing in system integration, data architecture, and custom developments to connect SAP Ariba with back-end systems (like Oracle, SAP ECC or S/4HANA) and third-party systems. NnYour Key Responsibilities: Nnn Required - Core Systems Capability: Navigate and operate core systems such as SAP Ariba (Source to Contract), ServiceNow and Chrome River (expense management) N Required - Daily Systems Administration Support: Provide query and configuration support to resolve stakeholder Jira queries, including Level 4 support,



escalating to SAP and reporting in ServiceNow where queries cannot be resolved N Required - Monthly System Administration Support: Conduct monthly system administration tasks as required N Required - DataManagement: Manage master data (suppliers, users, accounting data, materials) and transactional data replication between Ariba and the ERP. N Required - Technical Documentation: Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams. N Desirable - System Integration: Design and configure integrations between SAP Ariba and back-end ERP systems using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), middleware (SAP CPI), or APIs. Nn NRequired Technical Skills (in order of priority) Nnn Required - Ariba Tools: Proficiency with SAP Ariba; n Required - ERP Knowledge: Solid foundation in back-end ERP data structures N Desired - Integration Platforms: Expertise in SAP CIG, CPI/PI/PO, market leading and web services (SOAP/REST). N Desired - Othertools: Exposure to ServiceNow and Chromeriver NnnWhat we are looking for Nnn Strong technical aptitude and an inquisitive nature to learn/understand how client is currently using SAP Ariba N Confidence to own and support Ariba system issues/Change Requests when assigned N Support lights on as required (System Config/End user queries) N Continuous improvement mindset Nn
