Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in ECE, EEE, VLSI, or related disciplines NnJobDescription: NWe are looking for an experienced Synthesis Engineer with solid expertise in RTL-to-gate synthesis, logic optimization, timing closure, and PPA optimization for complex ASIC/SoC designs. NnKeyResponsibilities: Nn Perform RTL-to-Gate Synthesis for complex SoC designs. N Develop and validate synthesis constraints and SDC. N Perform logic optimization for Power, Performance and Area (PPA). N Analyze and resolve timing, area and power issues. N Work on multi-clock and multi-mode designs. N Perform Design-for-Test (DFT) aware synthesis. N Support timing closure in collaboration with STA and Physical Design teams. N Debug synthesis issues related to RTL, constraints and libraries. N Perform formal equivalence checks between RTL and synthesized netlist. N Support Physical Synthesis and implementation-aware optimization.



N Analyze synthesis reports and identify optimization opportunities. N Develop and maintain Tcl-based automation scripts. N Collaborate with RTL, STA, PD, DFT and Verification teams. NnnRequired Skills: Nn Strong experiencein Logic / RTL Synthesis. N Hands-on experience with Cadence Genus / Synopsys Design Compiler / Fusion Compiler. N Strong knowledge of SDC, timing constraints and synthesis methodologies. N Experience with multi-clock and hierarchical designs. N Strong understanding oftiming, area and power optimization. N Knowledge of UPF / low-power synthesis is an added advantage. N Experience with Formal Verification / LEC. N Good Tcl scripting skills. N Python knowledge is a plus. NnnPreferred: Nn Experience with advanced technology nodes. N Experience in multi-million gate SoC designs. N Exposure to physical synthesis and timing-driven optimization. N Strong understanding ofthe complete RTL-to-GDSII flow. Nn
