N Candidate should have experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and support projects. N Responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, testing, client communication, and production support activities. NnnKey Responsibilities Nn Gather and analyse business requirements from clients. N Perform: N Fit-gap analysisnAs-Is and To-Be process design N Solution configuration N Prototype demonstrations N Configure Oracle FusionCore HR based on business requirements. N Develop test scripts and perform functional testing. N Prepare functional documents including: N Functional Design Documents N Test Scriptsn Test Evidence N Migration Documents N Support technical teamsfor reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions. N Configure Core HR features including: N Workflow Approval Rules N Data Role Securityn Checklist N Design Studio Personalization N Participate in Enhancement Request (ER) discussions with clients. N Perform impact analysisfor Oracle quarterly upgrades. N Conduct regression testing within timelines. N Troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 production issues. N Provide regular status updates and issue reports to Project Managers.



N Conduct client discussions and support user training activities. NnnMandatory Skills Nn 5+ years of experience as Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant. N Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Core HR module. N Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. N Minimum 2 end-to-end HCM implementation experience. N Good understanding of: N Core HR configuration N HCM business processes N Security rolesn Workflows N Functional testingn Experience with latest Oracle Fusion HCM releases. N Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas preferred. N Experience with projecttools: N Jiran Confluence N ServiceNow (preferred) NnnPreferred Skills Nn Additional OracleHCM module experience: N Payrolln Benefits N Absence Managementn Compensation N Recruitingn Time and Labor N Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred.
