Job DescriptionDesignation: Project Manager – Oil & Gas_EPC NLocation: Ahmedabad NExperience: 20+Years NSalary: upto 30 LPA+ Variable NnRole Objective NWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Oil & Gas to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of oil and gas projects within the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and company policies. The role will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth project execution while proactively addressing risks and challenges. NKey Responsibilities N1. Strategic & Client Management NDevelop comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables. NEstablish project execution strategies aligned with client requirements and organizational objectives. NBuild and maintain strongrelationships with clients and key stakeholders. NUnderstand client requirements and ensure project deliverables meet agreed expectations. NSupport Business Development and Pre-Sales teams with project feasibility assessments, cost estimation, execution strategies, and proposal development. NIdentify project risks, opportunities, and potential challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans. N2. People & Team Leadership NLead and manage multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, HSE, quality, and other functions. NDefine roles and responsibilities and ensure effective utilization of project resources. NProvide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members. NIdentify training and development requirements and promote continuous learning. NResolve conflicts and ensure effective collaboration across project teams and functions. N3. Project Planning & Execution NPlan, coordinate,



and oversee project execution from initiation through completion and handover. NDevelop and monitor detailed project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths. NEnsure projects are executed within approved scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety parameters. NMonitor project progress and take corrective actions to address delays, resource constraints, and execution challenges. NCoordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. N4. Budget & Cost Management NPrepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans. NTrack project expenditureand ensure effective cost control. NMonitor actual costs against approved budgets and identify variances. NEnsure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources. NSupport project profitability through effective cost and resource management. N5. Procurement & Contract Management NCoordinate with Procurement and SCM teams for timely sourcing of materials, equipment, and services. NSupport vendor selection and evaluation based on technical, commercial, quality, and delivery requirements. NParticipate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. NMonitor vendor and subcontractor performance and resolve commercial or execution-related issues. NEnsure timely procurementin line with project schedules. N6. Quality,



HSE &Risk; Management NEnsure strict adherence to HSE policies, statutory requirements, and industry standards throughout project execution. NImplement project-specific quality assurance and quality control processes. NCoordinate inspections, audits, testing, and quality documentation. NIdentify, assess, and mitigate project, operational, commercial, and execution risks. NEnsure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. NMaintain a solid safety and quality culture across project sites. N7. Project Monitoring & Reporting NEstablish project monitoring mechanisms and track key performance indicators. NPrepare and present weekly, monthly, and periodic project progress reports to management and clients. NHighlight project status,milestones achieved, cost performance, schedule deviations, risks, and critical issues. NMaintain accurate projectdocumentation, records, meeting minutes, technical reports, and contractual correspondence. NConduct regular project review meetings and ensure timely closure of action items. NKey Requirements NBachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or a related discipline. NRelevant experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering Projects. NProven experience in managing end-to-end oil and gas projects. NStrong experience in project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, quality, and HSE.
