Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Reltio MDM Lead with solid hands-on expertise in Reltio, Master Data Management, Data Modeling, and Data Quality. The candidate should have experience leading complex, multi-domain MDM programs and be comfortable with both solution design and hands-on Reltio configuration.

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of experience in MDM / Data Management, with strong hands-on experience in Reltio.
- Hands-on experience configuring Reltio Business Models, Match & Merge, Survivorship, Trust Frameworks, Hierarchies, Relationships, and Reference Data.
- Strong understanding of MDM architecture, data modeling, governance, and global master data standards.
- Experience establishing Data Quality controls, including profiling, scorecards, rules, monitoring, and remediation workflows.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and data stewardship teams to define and improve data quality processes.




- Proven experience leading development and operational activities for complex, multi-domain MDM programs.
- Strong experience in solution design, technical leadership, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions across multiple domains.
- Define and implement match/merge, survivorship, trust, hierarchy, and relationship strategies.
- Establish data quality frameworks and drive continuous data quality improvement.
- Lead development teams and provide technical guidance on Reltio implementations.
- Partner with business, data governance, and stewardship teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.
- Ensure Reltio implementations align with enterprise and global master data standards.

Preferred

- Bangalore location preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale/global MDM transformation programs.
- Exposure to Reltio APIs, integrations, and cloud-based MDM architecture.
