We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated BAMS/Ayurveda graduates to join our Medical Coding team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records, assigning appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare coding guidelines for accurate reimbursement and healthcare documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.Ensure coding compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.
- Analyze medical reports, laboratory findings, and treatment records.
- Maintain coding accuracy and productivity targets.
- Identify and resolve coding discrepancies.
- Work closely with Quality Analysts and Team Leads to improve coding quality.
- Stay updated with coding guideline changes and healthcare regulations.
- Participate in coding audits and quality improvement activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
- Understanding of disease processes and treatment methodologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) / Ayurveda Graduate.
