Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at Annamacharya University, Rajampet. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions for college students and helping them develop strong communication, interpersonal, professional, and employability skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to connect with students and motivate them to improve their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive soft skills and employability skills training for students.
- Train students in English communication, verbal and written communication, and professional etiquette.
- Develop students confidence, interpersonal skills, and personality development.
- Conduct sessions on presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, and active listening.
- Provide training on resume writing, interview skills, and workplace readiness.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, role plays, and other practical activities.
- Help students develop leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Train students on time management, goal setting, workplace ethics, and professional behavior.
- Identify students skill gaps and provide appropriate guidance and feedback.
- Prepare training materials, activities, presentations, assessments, and practice exercises.
- Monitor students progress and maintain training-related reports.
- Coordinate with faculty and placement teams to support students career development.
- Keep training sessions engaging, practical, and aligned with current industry expectations.




- Motivate students and create a positive learning workplace.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and other basic training tools.
- Ability to work effectively with students from different backgrounds.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, Employability Skills Trainer, Personality Development Trainer, or Corporate Trainer is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in college/university training, placement training, or campus recruitment preparation will be given preference.
- Candidates should be confident, energetic, approachable, and comfortable handling large student groups.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also be considered based on their profile.
