Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor tablet compression machines as per approved manufacturing procedures.
- Perform machine setup, tooling installation, adjustment, and changeover activities.
- Ensure compression parameters such as tablet weight, hardness, thickness, friability, and disintegration are maintained within specified limits.
- Conduct in-process checks (IPCs) and record observations in batch documents.
- Monitor machine performance and identify any abnormalities during production.
- Perform line clearance activities before and after batch execution.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR), equipment logbooks, and production documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering,



and Production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance for major breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, EHS guidelines, and data integrity requirements.
- Follow cleaning, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
