Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute material washing, cleaning, drying, and storage activities as per approved SOPs.
- Ensure timely availability of cleaned equipment parts, utensils, bins, containers, and accessories for production operations.
- Monitor washing schedules and coordinate with production teams to meet manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain cleaning records, logbooks, and related documentation in compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Verify cleanliness status, labeling, and proper storage of cleaned materials.
- Ensure adherence to cleaning validation procedures and contamination control practices.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for smooth workflow.




- Investigate deviations, incidents, and non-conformances related to material washing activities.
- Monitor usage and inventory of cleaning agents, disinfectants, and washing supplies.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) guidelines and company policies.
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality initiatives.
- Train and guide operators on material washing procedures and GMP practices.
