Project Role : Business and Integration Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assists in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Is familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.

Summary:
As a Business and Integration Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the documentation of integration strategy endpoints and mapping data flows to ensure seamless connectivity across systems. The role requires active involvement throughout the project life-cycle, from analyzing requirements to supporting coding, testing, deployment, and operational phases. Working closely with the Architect, the practitioner helps align integration efforts with overarching business objectives, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented and maintained to support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify integration requirements.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies related to integration activities.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration processes.
- Continuously monitor integration performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Personal Insurance.
- Solid understanding of integration methodologies and data flow documentation.
- Experience with project life-cycle phases including requirements analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects and technical teams to align integration strategies with business goals.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to maintain operational stability.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate clear documentation and team collaboration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Insurance.
- This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
