- Conduct in-depth analysis of Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports over financial statements and reporting on –
- Adjusted EBITDA (Management Adjusted and Diligence Adjusted)
- Defined vs Adjusted EBITDA
- Revenue Summary Reports –
- By channel
- By product
- By Month
- Margin Summary Reports –
- By channel
- By product
- By Month
- Proof of Cash Reports , Vendor Concentration Reports
- Search for Unrecorded Liabilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Ensure adherence to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in all financial activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
- Take responsibility for daily, weekly, monthly and annual tax and accounting tasks for clients.




- Translate/Interpret/Analyze financial reports including revenue reports, investment proposals, regulatory filings, and financial statements, ensuring accurate, objective based findings
- Plan, direct, and complete projects and tasks by agreed deadlines.
- Maintain relationships with clients and lead change effectively.

Qualifications And Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting advisory services.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS.
- Robust project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
