Knowledge of appointment scheduling and insurance verification.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare processes.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Ability to work in US shifts/night shifts.
Good multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Patient Scheduling, Insurance Verification, Medical Billing, or Healthcare BPO.
Prior experience handling US patients is highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Voice Process, Patient Calling, Appointment Scheduling, or Insurance Verification.
