Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end site execution of wind farm projects
- Manage WTG erection, civil, electrical, and commissioning activities
- Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, OEMs, consultants, and local authorities
- Drive HSE compliance and promote a solid safety culture
- Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and contractor performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

Experience

- 8-15 years of Wind EPC project execution experience
- Minimum 8 years in Wind Energy projects
- Strong exposure to WTG installation, commissioning, substations, and transmission infrastructure
