Job Description: Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 5-9 years of software development experience and strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure integration technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for solution design, technical leadership, development oversight, integration, delivery planning, and successful deployment of enterprise CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to development teams.
- Lead Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate development.
- Design and manage integrations using Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
- Conduct design and code reviews and ensure development standards and best practices.
- Drive technical estimation, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, BAs, QA, Infrastructure, Integration, and Release teams.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive mitigation plans.
- Own deployment coordination, production readiness, validation, rollback planning, and post-release support.
- Communicate technical status, risks,



and delivery progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with architecture, security, governance, and organizational standards.

Must-Have Skills & Expertise

- 5-9 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, plugins, workflows, Business Rules, and Business Process Flows.
- Strong C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript development skills.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Strong integration experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Integration Services, and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of API design, authentication, error handling, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, ALM, and solution deployments.
- Solid knowledge of solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and performance/scalability.
- Excellent technical leadership, stakeholder management, communication, estimation, and delivery planning skills.

Good to Have

- Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with enterprise CRM transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Application Insights, and Azure monitoring.
- Experience working in large-scale Agile/Scrum environments.
