Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement structured sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives - Identify new business opportunities across manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Conduct skilled product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations - Coordinate closely with engineering and technical teams for customized solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements - Ensure timely reporting and adherence to internal processes and compliance standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Robotics / Automation or related field) - MBA (preferred but not mandatory) - Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in robotics or automation
Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of robotics systems and industrial automation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High level of discipline, integrity, and professionalism - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment - Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Experience: - Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, or manufacturing clients - Knowledge of PLC, Industry 4.0, or AI-based automation solutions
